Full title of the Foundation is the European Foundation for Economy and Business. The principal aim of the Foundation is the development, promotion and conduct of science and education in economics within the territory of the Republic of Moldova, as well as abroad.

Spheres of the Foundation's activity are:

• Promotion of Instruction in Business and Economic Studies in Moldova;
• Delivering of an MBA supported by the GGSB (Grenoble Graduate School of Business);
• Delivering of all executive education activities of the ASEM;
• Development and instruction of other courses and awarding of degrees.
